We’re hiring a Creative Strategy Researcher to help turn what we see in the market, in ad accounts, and in tools into ideas and experiments that grow Adcrate. You’ll spend your time digging into ad accounts, spotting trends, testing AI tools, running experiments, and pulling out insights Alex Cooper can turn into high-performing pieces of content.

All we require is that you’re in DTC, preferably in ads. This is NOT a role for someone who wants to stay in-the-weeds delivering on client accounts. It’s for someone who wants access to LOTS of data and a chance to learn, test and experiment in one of the fastest growing creative agencies in the industry.
