As our Creator Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of the day to day running and continued development of our Creator function.
You’ll lead and support our Creator team, keeping visibility across sourcing, workloads, creator projects and upcoming requirements to make sure everything stays organised and moving. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategy team to understand what they need from creators, help maintain a high standard of sourcing and step in when there are blockers or more complex briefs to solve.
This is a hands-on leadership role. While your main focus will be leading the function and the people within it, you’ll still get involved in creator sourcing for selected priority brands, creator relationships and coordinating in-person shoots when needed.
We’re looking for someone who loves building great processes, developing people and bringing organisation to a fast-moving environment, while still having a really strong understanding of creators, UGC and performance-led content.
